What is Socialsmith?
Socialsmith generates platform-specific social media posts — currently used mainly for book and author promotion — and lets you export them as a CSV ready for import into your posting workflow.
Does Socialsmith post to my social media accounts for me?
No. Socialsmith generates and exports content only. You (or your existing scheduling tool) handle the actual posting.
How much does it cost?
Socialsmith is $20/month. There's no long-term contract — you can cancel any time.
How do I cancel?
Cancel from your account settings at any time. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for; you won't be charged again after that.
Do you offer refunds?
No — payments are non-refundable, but since you can cancel any time and won't be charged again, you're never locked into paying for a period you don't want.
What happens to my content if I cancel?
Your previously generated content remains accessible for a period after cancellation. See our
Privacy Policy for details on data retention, or
contact us if you need it sooner.
Who owns the content Socialsmith generates?
You do. You're responsible for reviewing it before publishing, including checking it's accurate and doesn't infringe on anyone else's rights (e.g. if you've fed in someone else's copyrighted material).
